Users of the sites should review the conditions regularly, as these conditions of use may be amended or added to at any time. The websites are normally available to users at all times. However, availability may be interrupted by and for technical maintenance without prior notice to users of the date or time of the maintenance activities. The websites are updated regularly by Le Batistou. The legal notice may also be amended at any time, but users continue to be bound by it. Users are therefore encouraged to read the legal notice as often as possible in order to familiarize themselves with its contents.

3. Description of Services Provided
The purpose of the website is to provide information on the company’s activities. Le Batistou makes every effort to ensure that the information on and is as accurate as possible. However, Le Batistou is not liable for any omissions, inaccuracies or lack of information in updates, whether due to its own error or to the error of third-party partners providing the information. All information provided on and is for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, information appearing on the websites is not exhaustive and is provided with the knowledge that changes may have been made since the information was published online.

4. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data
The website is not liable for material harm caused by the site. Furthermore, site users agree to visit the site using recent equipment free of viruses and using the latest updated version of their browser.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting
Le Batistou holds the intellectual property rights and usage rights to all elements on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in part or in whole, of elements of the site using any means or process whatsoever is prohibited unless previously authorized in writing by Le Batistou. Any unauthorized use of the site or of an element of the site will be considered counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of sections L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of Liability
Le Batistou is not liable for direct or indirect harm caused to users’ equipment when visiting the Le Batistou website and resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in section 4 or resulting from a bug or from incompatibility. Le Batistou also is not liable for indirect harm (for example, loss of sales or loss of opportunity) caused by use of the sites and The sites feature interactive sections in which users can ask questions using the contact form. Le Batistou reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content submitted via the form that contravenes applicable law in France and in particular that contravenes provisions on data protection. Le Batistou also reserves the right to invoke the user’s civil and/or criminal liability, for example in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

In France, personal data is protected by French law #78-87 of January 6, 1978; French law #2004-801 of August 6, 2004; section L.226-13 of the French Penal Code; and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. Le Batistou only collects users’ personal information for the purposes of certain services offered by the sites and Users provide this information in full knowledge of all considerations involved, especially when entering the information themselves. No personal information of users of and will be published without the users’ knowledge, nor exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties in any form whatsoever. Said information may only be transmitted if Le Batistou and its rights are acquired, and then only to the acquirer; the acquirer will then be held to the same obligations, towards users of and, of data storage and amendment. The sites named above are declared to France’s CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés) under number 1986967 v 0. The databases are protected by the provisions of the French law of July 1, 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext Links and Cookies
The websites and contain hypertext links to third-party websites. The links were published with Le Batistou’s authorization; however, Le Batistou is not able to verify the contents of sites that it links to and thus is not liable for such contents. Browsing the sites and may cause one or more cookies to be installed on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file that does not identify the user but which records information on a computer’s browsing of a website. Data obtained in this way facilitates future browsing on the site and contributes to visitation analytics. Refusing to install cookies may prevent access to certain services. 9. Applicable Law and Venue
All disputes related to use of the sites and are subject to French law. The exclusive venue will be the competent courts of Paris.
